The Ford Driving Dreams program will deliver tutoring, educational resources, and motivational activities to 85 participants between 16 and 18 years old, who are enrolled in the last three years of high school, in order to avoid school desertion and to motivate them to continue with higher education.

The program reaches students from schools located in the towns of Pilar, José C. Paz, Pacheco, Villa Martelli and Beccar in the province of Buenos Aires. This social impact initiative focuses on helping young people graduate on time and continue their higher education.

The Ford Driving Dreams program was held on a virtual platform and included the participation of 85 students, Ford Fund executives, Ford Argentina and Cimientos. The virtual event included different interactive activities to generate a dialogue and enrichment of both young people and adults under the topic "How do we imagine the school of the future?"

"Ford's purpose is to build a better world, in which each person is free to move and pursue their dreams," says Martín Galdeano, president of Ford Argentina, adding: "There is no tool more powerful to pursue our dreams than education."

"Ford Fund is proud to be able to help these talented students toward a better future," said Joe Avila, manager, Ford Motor Company Fund, U.S. and Latin America. "Through Ford Driving Dreams, we encourage these students to complete their studies and be able to fulfill their dreams." Ford Fund’s Ford Driving Dreams program has impacted more than 200,000 students across the United States, Puerto Rico, Latin America and Europe since it was launched in 2012. The initiative has delivered more than $12 million in educational resources in scholarships, college readiness, mentoring programs, and motivational activities.

Ford Driving Dreams, the Henry Ford Technical School, the Education for a New Tomorrow program, corporate volunteering, among others, are part of Ford's commitment in Argentina to continue strengthening communities and building the future for generations to come.

Through this new initiative in collaboration with Ford Fund and Cimientos, and as part of its social responsibility program, Ford reinforces its commitment of more than 100 years to educational and social development in Argentina.
